Intuitive Legal Advising & Family Mediation

Intuitive Legal Advising begins with an understanding of the multifaceted nature  of legal dilemmas and the ability to navigate the emotional waters these legal issues traverse.

Mediation focuses on creating workable solutions, and, like collaboration, focuses on maintaining relationships during and after the present problem is resolved.  Family mediation is not limited to divorce – this option can help with other family difficulties, especially when litigation is not desirable.

Intuitive Legal Advising also encompasses ongoing consulting to assist clients with active business matters, litigation avoidance and risk management.

Practice on Sabatical…

After wrapping up a lengthy first degree murder trial at the end of 2011, the time had come to put the practice on hold and pursue other interests.  As much as I have enjoyed trial work as lead counsel on numerous cases and co-counsel on several homicides, exciting new opportunities presented themselves in 2012.

Presently, I am not accepting new clients and the practice is limited to contract work for other attorneys.

Expanding into Real Estate

2011  was a great time to branch into a new areas.   I opted for my Real Estate Broker’s License to work with househunters – you can find me at Centre Realty Group.

Centre Realty Group is a full service real estate brokerage handling sales, rentals and commercial property, on the web at centrerealtygroup.com, with offices in Newton and Watertown.

More Changes Ahead in 2011 …

I have had my own general practice since 2002 and have experience with a broad range of practice areas.  After several years of focusing on litigation, I am transitioning my practice.

I am working in real estate while I explore options for mid-career changes.
